2025

The three major domestic smart manufacturing bases—Yan'an Huanglong, Changsha Ningxiang, and Guangxi Guigang—are operating in seamless synergy, with a combined total production capacity of 10 GW for components and system integration. Meanwhile, Hunan has initiated plans for a 1 GW BIPV net-zero-energy building component base, designed to fully support global PV-plus-storage projects and EPC delivery services.

2024

Awarded "Hunan Province Green Factory." A new "inverter + energy storage" production line has been established to meet the needs of both domestic and international customers. Signed an MOU with Serbia's Ministry of Energy to invest over €300 million in building a 1 GW solar panel factory and a 200 MW power plant in the city of Paraćin, making it a flagship project showcasing China's photovoltaic technology in Europe.

2023

Awarded as a "Specialized, Fine, and New" SME in Hunan Province (having already earned titles such as National High-Tech Enterprise and Science & Technology-based SME). With self-developed PVT photovoltaic-thermal integrated technology and an intelligent microgrid management system, the company has achieved a comprehensive energy efficiency improvement of over 40%, creating a unique multi-energy complementary solution combining "photovoltaic + solar thermal + energy storage."

2022

Signed a deal for the 486-million-yuan intelligent manufacturing base in Huanglong, Shaanxi, to build a core photovoltaic module factory in western China.

2021

More than 10 countries—including Niger, Angola, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and Nigeria—have established branches. These companies have been included in Hunan Province's export whitelist, and their products have repeatedly been designated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the provincial government for key projects such as "Lighting Up Africa."

2019

Year One of Going Global—The Sierra Leone branch was established, launching customized photovoltaic business in Africa and accumulating valuable experience in overseas localization.

2018

A 500 MW Industry 4.0 smart battery workshop has been put into operation, and its products have earned "National Super Leader" certification, showcasing an industry-leading level of manufacturing intelligence.

2016

Strategically transforming into the residential market, we are building a comprehensive "Photovoltaics + Energy Storage + Microgrid" system solution, with the goal of establishing ourselves as "China's No. 1 Residential PV Brand."

2014

We have completed the dual-wheel layout for batteries and components, expanded production capacity to GW-level scale, and taken the lead in launching EPC general contracting services for photovoltaic power plants, seamlessly integrating the entire "manufacturing + engineering" value chain.

2012

The crystalline silicon battery production line has been put into operation, completing the company's high-efficiency mono- and polycrystalline product portfolio and elevating its manufacturing capabilities to a new level.

2010

A highly efficient color solar system made its debut at the China Pavilion of the Shanghai World Expo, marking the world's first large-scale application of colored photovoltaics in the architectural sector.

2008

Investing 580 million yuan to establish Hunan New Energy Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., the company has built the world's first 200 MW color solar cell production line, securing a pioneering advantage in both technology and production capacity.

2005

The company's predecessor, "Changsha High-Tech Development Zone Green Power Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.," was established, officially entering the photovoltaic manufacturing sector and ushering in a new chapter for Hunan's PV industry.

2018

500MW solar photovoltaic module and inverter production base built and put into operation according to industrial 4.0 intelligent manufacturing standards.

2016

On June 15, 2016, in order to further expand market share and improve brand influence, the company officially began to lay out the home market channel network. Through the integration of upstream and downstream industrial chain, from a simple photovoltaic product manufacturer to a large-scale photovoltaic enterprise integrating R & D, production, sales and installation. By opening up business channels, the company's development space is broader. The company then put forward the goal of "building China's leading household photovoltaic brand!

2014

Expand the scale of the company, on the basis of the original battery line to achieve upgrading, transformation, expansion. Component line put into construction and production.

2012

Construction and investment of crystalline silicon solar cell production line.

2010

On February 10, 2010, the high-efficiency color solar power generation system provided by our company was officially put into operation in the China Pavilion of Shanghai World Expo to generate electricity. This is the application of high-efficiency color solar cells in buildings.

2008

In 2008, Hunan Shenzhou Photoelectric Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established with an investment of 0.58 billion million yuan, with an annual production capacity of 200MW. It was the global color solar cell production factory at that time!

2005

On October 24, 2005, Changsha High-tech Development Zone Green Power Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of Rich PV) was established to lead a new chapter in Hunan photovoltaic manufacturing!
